Christine, you are right about needs for different individuals depending on their severity. Injections are known to work very well, but I have had great success with sublingual B12 alone. You can muscle test to ask what dosage he needs per day, and do it that way. Ask the doctor how many milligrams your child would be receiving in each injection. You can gauge how much you give him in sublingual form. If he will not get enough that way then go the other route. Since it is much less expensive to do the sublingual form, maybe try it first and see what kind of changes you notice. If $75 per month is easy for you and you want to try the injections first then do that. Always use your gut instinct, above all. A mother’s instinct is her greatest gift.
