Hi there,
The grains are not really good for her, or anyone really. They are not good for our brain, our blood sugar levels, or candida. Occasional small amounts of them like gf oats and quinoa may be alright after the first 2-3 weeks, but I would muscle test first, and seriously limit them. Yes, eggs do come up as allergic for many people. She can get desensitized for them by a natural allergy elimination practitioner, but for now, do avoid them. Bone broth powder added to anything, like kale smoothies, is a great way to add protein along with all of the benefits bone broth offers to heal the gut and improve the immune system. It is already in broken down amino acid form too. It is a better choice over many other foods.
One thing at a time, one day at a time, and relax. 🙂 Karen
