I know the transition can be hard, just do your best with it. Definitely keep moving forward, but know that The more strictly you adhere to the diet, the better your results will be. Be sure that the burgers, grass fed hot dogs, bacon and turkey do not have nitrates and other preservatives in them. They often do. If it helps, my son was once a very picky eater, but today he is not at all. Once the gut truly begins to heal the diet will become easier. The first 3-4 weeks are the most important to starve out the cndida and begin the gut healing and detoxification process. After that, you can try adding in one new food at a time (as long as it is healthy). See module 3 for implementing new foods back in.
For now just do the best you can but keep moving forward, one day at a time.
