Vitamin c is water soluble so it is not harmful at high doses. Most of us don’t get enough c anyway. Too much would only cause loose stools.
The “C” in pectaclear stands for “cellular,” not vitamin C. No worries. 🙂
Most vitamins with food-mainly the fat soluble, vitamin A,D,E, and K) the other vitamins are water soluble so they could be taken with or without food.
