We’ve started the L tyrosine and 5 Htp now, this is our second week. Just wanted to check with you about when to give it as I find it difficult to get him to sleep and sometimes if I’ve forgotten to give it him till the evening if can make things worse. Would it be ok to give it first thing in the morning ( on an empty stomach) when I give the glutagenics? Thank you.
