Module 1A
Introduction
Welcome! I am so glad that you’re here. After countless hours (and dollars) figuring out how to get my son better from his health and behavioral symptoms of autism I had to share it with caring parents like you who are looking for the same thing. I look forward to your successes. Every milestone counts!
The program is done in a specific order so that the body is supported and does not detoxify too quickly. The pages are in a sequential order so just follow them one by one. You should have received our ‘first steps’ email which will help you get started too.
Hover your cursor over the “core training” in the dashboard to see the drop down that will appear with the pages to go to.
At the bottom of this page is a pdf titled, “Quick Guide To Getting Started” to help you with your first few steps.
Sometimes there is a “flare-up” that needs to be worked with sooner than later. The blue troubleshooting image here on this page will give you some guidance about that. Note that the elixir reading comes later in the program now.
The ‘Quick Guide to Getting Started’ PDF will help you, but FYI:
A. Module 1, part 1, is a placeholder for the most common support needs along the journey. You can refer back to it, as needed. See the “Muscle Testing” page there. Practice muscle testing over time, so you get more comfortable with it. It will prove valuable along the way.
B. Module 1, part 2, is where we begin the diet changes and the supplements. They are in sequential order. Per the “Quick Guide”:
- 1. Go to the second page in Module 1, part 2, titled, “Gut Healing Diet” and begin slowly implementing the diet changes.
- 2. Go to the “Supplements” page to learn more about moving forward with them, and use the ‘Quick Guide’ to get started
*The rest of the supplements will come in time, as noted on the “Supplement Checklist Complete Roadmap” which you will find on the “Supplements” page, but that’s for later on. The “Quick Guide” here on this page will get you started now.
Let’s keep this simple! We move forward slowly, one step at a time. Never start more than one product in less than a 48 hour period. Often muscle testing, and/or symptoms, will show that your child is not ready for the next product for 3 days or more. That is perfectly OK! Don’t move your child forward before their body is ready. Be patient.
Additional answers and troubleshooting can be found in the ‘forum’ using the search bar, and in the ‘Knowledge Base’, where the most frequently asked questions are. If you don’t find your answer there, then ask me in the forum.
Be sure to scroll all the way down below the images on this page to find the valuable pdf’s there to help you too.
Note: The title of my book is now, Naturally Recovering Autism.
PLEASE SEE THE MONTHLY WORKBOOK & TRACKING JOURNAL PDF AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE (UNDER THE SUCCESS BLUEPRINT).
This is provided to help you keep track of things and stay on track as you move forward in the membership.

Do get a notebook right away to journal dates when you first implement something new and note any changes along the way. Get a calendar to plug in 10 minutes two days per week at the same time of day to get into a good habit of simple implementation. Remember, autism recovery is a 2-4 year process, so PLEASE be patient!
If you need technical or billing support for any reason please contact, support@naturallyrecoveringautism.com.
Anything you do you are doing at your own discretion. I am not a doctor, I do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any illness or disease. (I do, however, have over 17 years of autism research to give you and personal experience with the same roadmap that led my own son to the recovery of his symptoms of autism.) I look forward to hearing about your child’s success!
