One time refund policy
Refunds are provided ONLY when requested during the 30 day guarantee period and ONLY on the first time a person places an order. People found abusing this refund policy, including those who sign up repeatedly and request refunds each time to extend membership without payment, will be banned from the members area and will not be provided refunds.
