What’s the elixir for histamines from Robert. I don’t think that was on our list. The only item we are having that is on the histamine liberator list is organic lemons. Maybe we should remove for at least a week?

Awesome! Thanks Karen. Is there anything a naet practitioner could do to improve the possible histamine reactions?

One more question, since I have amalgam fillings in my teeth, is doing the diet going to be in vain for me since I still have those fillings in my mouth. I can’t afford to get them taken out right now. All my $ is going to toward diet and supplements. Just wondering if I need to get those out before this diet will be beneficial for me. I’ve been so moody and irritable and I want to keep going if it’s beneficial for me. But don’t want to continue if these fillings are going to prevent me from killing the candida.

In the book, it said the strictest part of the diet may only need to be about 2 weeks more or less. That’s why I was thinking warm apple could be added close to that. So it will take closer to 8 weeks on the strict diet? Maybe even longer? Just want to know so I can gear up for it and let my boys know the timeline. They just keep asking when they can have fruit.

Thank you. Are there any recipe websites you’d suggest for more added variety on the strict diet? Or any other resources that could help?

Yes, I did get a reading from Robert and have Jake is on candxpel, toxin eliminator, HPA, and fatty acid transport. My son having the die off is my son with adhd and Robert did not recommend liver support for him in his reading. My other son, Henry, with autism has been eating the same except he had a bowl full of carrots yesterday and I’m wondering if he’s not having die off because the carrots are still feeding the candida. I will start Jake on chlorella. Thanks for all your help with this. It’s nice knowing the symptoms he’s having is normal.

i Meant the gluten free biscuit recipe and the chicken and dumpling recipe you gave us in the 7 day diet plan. They are ok once the egg allergy is removed, right? Also, the gluten free biscuit recipe has honey in it. So honey is ok initially? Just in moderation.
