Ok! I’m feeling less over whelmed. Thank you SO much for all in information. I’m planning to take everything very slow. So I’m curious. I believe my next step will be continuing a low histamine diet. Then he will take either quercetin or hista-aid?
Does it depend on if he has PANs or MSAC? Which one should I use?I’m getting a proper water filter and turning off internet every night. Freezing all left overs. Should I take him off the probiotic garden or life or just transfer him to the Dr. Ohhiras? Also what should his dosage be for D3. He is 48 lbs.
I’m going to do these things first. Then I’ll move into the next things you mentioned. But I’ll probably type it all out and then get your clearance. I’m gun shy after trying to help him and possibly triggering MSAC.
I will be practicing with muscle testing as well because I’m very uncertain of it as well.

I would wait on the probiotic for now, and a while, because he will definitely have die-off since the probiotics have killed all of his good bacteria and allowed the candida to thrive. When the probiotic comes in they will crowd out the candida killing them off. Right now he cannot take any more die off.
He is on a probiotic and High does of vitamins D (5000 ius) He was on Gaps intro and then full gaps since February with no improvements after a very big detox. I went low histamine a week ago and see some improvements. He is on Garden life probiotics and has been for 5 months. Should I stop using these?
Also his breath has smelt strange for the past couple of months. Any thoughts on why? And he is constantly moving his tongue to one side of his mouth or biting his fingers in his back molars. I am not sure if these symptoms mean anything….
