Karen, we are just starting and I am terrified by the diet part.
My son reacts to coconut flour and eggs and most gluten free flours. Our school is NUT FREE school, so no nuts allowed at all. He vomits when tasting cucumber or a lettuce and will only take 1 teaspoon of avocado and swallow it with water like a medicine.
Day 1 and I feel defeated and tearful already.
