I thought it that way, just like we do with elixirs: but these are the instructions for you in case I interpret it incorrectly ( 🙂
1 Begin only one herb or formula per week.
2. Start with one drop.
3. Increase one drop every other day.
4. When the second drop is added, it should be consumed 8-12 hours after the first
drop. Spreading the dose out over the day is called increasing the frequency. It is
better to take 1 drop 2x per day than 2 drops 1x.
5. Mix all drops in a glass with 1-2 oz. (30-60 mL) distilled water. Wait 20 minutes
before consuming.
6. After intake: no food or drink for 10 minutes.Hi Karen,
Just started on Pans Tier 1. herbals. for the herbs, my son has to stay on one herb/bottle for a week and start next week with a new herb/bottle? Today started with 1 drop of Cryptolepis stay on that herb for a week Right?
Dr. Dashore was given the instructions but need to check that I am doing it correctly.

Yes I was reading your book about the Glutagenics from Metagenics then I looked on their website they have the same logo as the one that you have mentioned somewhere from Pharmaca. Thank you Karen I got it.
Metagenics have good qualities products too. My son used to take probiotics from Metagenics but through Practitioner only.
It would be easier for me to get the supplement from Metagenics NZ&AU Yes!!!

Thank you Karen yes I just realized that chickens eat corns. We eat organic when they are available, but I was thinking about that too when we eat the chicken that feed on grains then we eat the grains too. I forgot about that chickens eat grains.
I miss our range organic chickens that we feed them with coconut in our mother country Karen ( : )
There are many good options here but we need to read every label when we go shopping.
I will check in to the local farmers market tomorrow Saturday.
Grains are not my cup of tea!

Thanks for that, the CO-Q10 ubiquinol that I got has no fillers but may containing encapsulating aids. I asked the store rep if there is any problem with that and was told No problem. But that is the only thing that I was thinking off, and I also feel that my son has got die off symptoms from other supplements even though that we are going very slowly. You are totally right.
It takes 3- 5 days or even 2 weeks in between doses. I watch for his symptoms and the diet is another big problem my son likes fruits but he is not eating them since on the candida diet.
My son has already started the Pans Tier 1 with 1 drop on Friday and watched for symptoms so we are waiting until his body is ready for the next one. Karen Dr. Dashore’s protocol on Herbals I see the magnesium sulfate supplement and lemon to take as a binders

My son just started taking C0-Q10- Ubiquinol this morning after muscle testing if his body was ready to take it. So it was a yes. I opened up the capsule and spread over his breakfast. He did not take any supplements this morning except for mineral water HCL and C10-Q10.
He went to brush his teeth after and all of sudden he turned around and attacked mum, he was so violence aggressive, agitated, crying emotionally, biting and kicking. He supposed to be going to school but I am scared because I do not want him to get angry at school. Karen we are going slowly and I wonder if I am expecting a die off from taking C10-Q10 please? or do you think he was in pain?
Karen my son is calm and peaceful but so very very emotional at times, clingy wanting mum and dad to do everything for him, But things that he used to do over the past years and this year is so different, he seems like he is not interested anymore for example tidying up his bed room. He looks like he is bored.
Please Karen what are your thoughts and advise?

I will follow Dr. Boles recommendation. He recommends for Ages 5-12 yrs to take 200mg a day . The one I’ve got is CO-Q10 Ubiquinol 100mg.
My son is 12. For him to take 200mg per day accordingly, ! he needs to take 1caps. of 100mg in the morning and 1caps of 100mg in the evening with food right? that is 200 mg in total . Am I right Karen?
But I will muscle test if its say 1 capsule per day then I will break the capsule in half. half in the morning and half in the evening. I will muscle test.

It is just the sprayer in the plastic bag and no empty bottle. It took me ages to figure it out, and it is just ok no pressure ( ;
No worries I will clean the old CBD empty bottle and use it instead if that is ok no contamination? ( :

Hi Karen,
There are so many CO-Q10 ubiquinol on the market and hard to trust the good quality brand. I got this and Directions for Adult only 1-2 capsules a day. I talked to the health store representative and was told there is no information dose for children.
I can still give my son 1 capsule 100mg in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening 100mg. According to Dosages recommendations from Dr Boles children 5-12 take 200mg a day?
Karen please do I still need a lab test for my son in this situation?

Thank you and you are correct, I do not trust buying from 3rd party and I will not do that. I am going to look on the iherb.com website otherwise I will order straight away from uk ION website. If I will be waiting for 14 days or more for shipping that is fine with me at least I know I will get them. ( :

Thank you for these helpful information and I am going out soon to look for a very good quality of Mito support Ubiquinol (health store) I will order the ION Restore now.
The great news is I have just received my order of Pans Tier 1 and Formula 1 Nasal Spray 20 minutes ago. I am so excited Yay! Yay! I will muscle test if they are ok for my son to take now. I can see some flare up at times Karen.
