Hello Karen,
My sister has noticed a strange behavior with Malak ( we did not yet start the herbal 1NSB, we are still on the elixirs (4 so far), minerals, and zeolite). Malak is moving her tongue in a weird way, as if she is chewing it. it is really irritating but no actions have been taken to stop her. we assumed this is a normal reaction due to the possible changes she is encountering . I wish I can share a video here for you to see the exact thing I am talking about.
Please advise if you have seen such case and if this is positive like we are always thinking of any happening incident. or it is something we need to act to stop it?Respectfully,

As per your last advise about starting the herbal formula, I am assuming that we should start with this: Formula 1 NSB Regular.
however I have a challenge with shipping this to lebanon. I usually ship internally in the US and the courier takes everything to my sisters door in Lebanon. the challenge that Formula 1 NSB Regular needs to be refrigerated (max 48 hours without cooling as per the website) but shipping go lebanon takes much more than that.. please advise; first if the herbal formula I mentioned is the one I should buy and please advise about the shipping challenge. lastly the price is really high, can we get discount code?Thank you

Thank you for your response.quick update based on what I wrote in the initial message:
only last night, something happened to Malak, which I think positive but we need your advise:
he mood has changed, she looks like feeling down and irritated.
and by night time, a rash floated on her forehead and around her eyes.. very small red spots and a little bit of dark color on her eye bags.please advise.
