Thank you. I had not gotten to that section so perfect timing. I created a list of good and not-good-now foods for Roman based on his histamine reaction. Then we’ll continue removing the top seven foods for his cleanse/detox diet. The elixirs are on their way.

We did the “food sensitivity testing” before with a practitioner, so I’m really siked having the ability to do it myself. Much more empowering.
