Russian chicken broth recipe (nick name “Jewish aspirin”):
3-4 lb. ORGANIC chicken bones, neck, and flapper or pointer of the wings which are usually discarded
1 small head of celery, carefully washed and trimmed, cut it to fit into the pot.
1 large whole onion, do not cut
1 large whole carrot, do not cut
1 or 2 bay leaves,
1/2 tsp. peppercorns, if you like
salt, to taste
Add water, it should cover all the contents in the pot.
GENTLY bring to boil, do NOT allow vigorous boiling because it changes the taste of the broth and makes it turbid. As it starts boiling, use sieve and gently collect the protein foam from the top or the liquid and discard it.
Boil VERY GENTLY on the lowest heat possible for 3 hours.
Use cheese cloth or tight sieve to strain the broth.
If all is done gently and slowly, the broth will be clear and will taste heavenly. You can freeze it, but fresh is always the best.Nataliya TurakiParticipantDear Karen,
I am a grandmother of a child whose parents are not open to the healing of their son. I am trying your program on myself. I have ordered from Robert elixirs for $1300 ( I do have health issues) and now I wonder if my body will need all of them when I start muscle test them? Then what, I paid for them and the body says no to some of them then what do I do with them?My bioenergy therapist and chiropractor have done lots of muscle testing on me, however, when I try to do it with the help of my husband, it is not working consistently. One minute I get a good response for yes and no but opposite response few munites later. My husband does not believe in this method and I wonder if his energy interferes with the process or am I doing something wrong?
Nataliya TurakiParticipantI have the same questions and I am still not sure I understand about the diet. Did I miss any downloads about the food to focus on? If candida is the possible suspect, do I stop all sugars if I am taking elixirs for it?
