Yes definately going to be more careful giving her food with sugar again.

Thankyou. Also you didn’t say whether xylitol is suitable for everyday use as a sugar substitute?

The only thing I can think of where it came from is rice. Im of asian decent so second to wheat chapatis rice is a stapleforus. She is gluten free but if i cut out her rice she will literally starve!
About a year back we were using really cheap brands of rice.
Ive started using long grain basmati rice grown in India/pakistan as research states those types of rice contain less arsenic than others.
I also now soak my rice for 8 hours or overnight to let any arsenic disperse into the water then drain and wash it before use.
And I only make it twice a week. Other times I use qinoa, cornmeal, millet. But our dishes/curries are normally served with either rice or chappati and since i cant give her chapattis I have to compromise with the rice, especially since I have stopped her eating so many other things and she has lost so much muscle and weight.

I will also look into the water filtration system.

Hello, karen you mentioned thinking about adding this to the programme, at which stage exactly would you place biocidin?

Thankyou Karen. Yes I have purchased your book 🙂
And yes she does have gut allergies causing a lot of food sensitivities. Before i started the hemp milk i gave her almond milk but that made her symptoms worse. The food allergy test shows she is also sensitive to almonds. Because of all these allergies I have to keep her diet very limited.
SSomeone has reccomended Biocidin to me. They said it will make her gut better. I looked it up but I’m not sure. have you heard of this, what are your thoughts???

Thanks for replying Karen. I will restart her on probiotics and get the mitochondria supplement. I will try upping the magnesium and try mixing it into coconut yogurt (although the test says shes sensitive to coconuts n soy too, but shes never had anything with coconut in it and I cant find any other dairy alternative organic yogurt to mix it in with).
Yes she is dairy free, I switched her goats milk to Hemp milk when the test showed she was sensitive to goats milk too but unfortunately after months of being on it she no longer likes drinking hemp milk on its own so i cant use that to mix supplements in.
Shes only just turned 3 and so theres no way she will let me do an enema.
