We did get the elexirs, today he started on the second elixir only one drop each.

Oh no I thought the first 2 weeks were only the 7 meal plan you had.
I thought that menu was the one I had to follow!!
In that case if I offer other choices it may be a bit better. Is banana ok, almond milk vanilla/chocolate flavored. I know you said no fruit because of sugar.
Sorry I may sound dumb but I am so new at trying to do this nutrition just right, I just had never been great myself with it.
