    Hello Karen,

I bought ‘organic erythritol’ as a sweetener but I’m not seeing it as a recommended sugar substitute.
Can I use just a little bit in recipes for my son?
    Thanks,
    jill

    Hi Jill,
Yes, a little bit of erythritol is ok but too much may cause digestive disturbance like too much xylitol can. Organic green leaf stevia is a better choice, or monkfruit works too. They are the two best options.
Stevia has added benefits too. It naturally acts to fight Lyme. Be sure to get the organic and non filler type. I’ve linked to one on the “recipe help” pdf at the bottom of the gut healing diet page, and it’s linked to on the bottom of the supplement page pdf for module 1 supplements.
